QMI Universal Grease (Non-Melting) with PTFE

QMI Universal Grease is blended with PTFE to solve the most complex lubrication challenges you might encounter. PTFE is chemically inert and protects surfaces from aggressive attacks. It is 100% active in temperatures from -20°F (-32°C) to a full +550°F (+288°C). The grease is pumpable at all temperatures. It protects against rust and resists water ingress. It has incredible adhesion and surface coverage, staying in place under extreme conditions. QMI UNIVERSAL GREASE is a specially formulated, non-melting grease with blended PTFE polymers. It is designed to solve the most challenging grease lubrication problems. This grease surpasses traditional lubrication by “melting” or “welding” PTFE polymers, noted in “Guinness” as the slickest substance known: “Like wet ice on wet ice,” into critical friction surfaces. QMI UNIVERSAL GREASE provides long-term protection that outperforms even the most advanced types of grease. When QMI UNIVERSAL GREASE is used, it can reduce lubrication frequency by as much as 5 to 1.
