Guidelines for refund and return

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given:

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not our fault.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method, up to a certain amount.

Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to appear in your account.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund becomes visible.

Sale goods
Only regular items can be refunded. Sales items cannot be refunded.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can send us an e-mail to thor.johansen@royalpurple.no and send your item to: CAN IMPORT AS. Papyrusfabrikken, Papyrusveien 33F, 3050 Mjøndalen, Norway

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the gift. Once the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, then we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping and returns
To return your product, you should send the product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
