The Problem
Most modern cars no longer have glass headlights;
they are made of plastic. A laminate film is applied as a protective
layer over the lens.
Over time, this laminate film turns gray and
increasingly opaque due to exposure to the sun’s
UV rays, air pollution, road salt, etc.
Halogen bulbs generate high heat, which accelerates the oxidation of
the laminate film. Oxidation and other degradation cause
a cloudy film on the headlights, significantly reducing
visibility and compromising driving safety. Another
issue is that your car will look old and worn, and its resale value
will drop.

The Solution
Previously, the only solution was to replace the headlights, which was very expensive. Eventually, people started polishing the lenses and treating them with wax or silicone. Now there’s a better solution that’s much cheaper than replacing the lights. You can replace the laminate film with a new clear film. This Ever-Wear restoration process removes the old oxidized film and replaces it with a new UV-stable protective film.
This surface renovation makes it as good as new and is a much better solution than wax or silicone, both in appearance and durability.
